When you create a JobJet account, we collect basic profile details such as your name, email address, and resume information. When you connect your Gmail account, JobJet accesses only what's required to draft and send job application emails on your behalf — we do not read, store, or share the rest of your inbox.
We use your information to power core JobJet features: finding relevant job opportunities, generating AI-assisted application emails, attaching your resume, sending applications through your connected Gmail account, and tracking replies. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
JobJet's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Gmail access is used solely to send applications and track responses on your behalf, and is never used for advertising.
Your data is stored securely and access is restricted to what's needed to operate JobJet. We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share limited data with service providers who help us operate JobJet (such as hosting and email delivery), and only to the extent necessary for them to perform those services.
You can disconnect your Gmail account, update your profile information, or delete your JobJet account at any time. Deleting your account removes your stored data from our systems, except where retention is required by law.
JobJet is not directed at individuals under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
